Fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM 4)

Our fourth AGM will again be held at the RA Centre in Ottawa beginning at 10:00 a.m. Please let any member of the Executive Committee know by October 10th if you plan to attend, and if you also plan to stay for lunch afterwards.

A representative of Koskie Minsky, our legal firm, will be in attendance to provide an update and answer any questions you may have.

Lunch will be $15 – a "open-faced sandwich buffet" that includes soup, salad, veggies with dip, cheese, fresh fruit salad, cookies and coffee/teas. As always, we pay at the door, but please confirm that you will stay for lunch so that we know how many to prepare for.

There will be a table for membership renewals at the AGM. We are proposing a fee of $25 for next year’s membership fee to ensure that our organization has sufficient funds to carry out its mandate.
